This is a shared accommodation with multiple guests staying in separate bedrooms and sharing common areas (kitchen, bathroom, dining room). Other guests will be using shared spaces during your stay. If you expect entire place privacy, DO NOT BOOK.
Guest Policy
• Only registered guests listed on reservation are permitted on property
• Unauthorized guests strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation
• Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
• Multiple guests in separate bedrooms share the same common areas simultaneously
Property Access & Inspections
Host reserves the right to access property without prior notice for:
• Maintenance and repairs
• Cleaning inspections
• House rules compliance checks
• Safety concerns
• Suspected rule violations
• Shared space cleanliness monitoring
• Security cameras are present in exterior areas
• By accepting these house rules, guests acknowledge and consent to these access rights

• Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes

• Late checkout violations may result in retaliatory reviews and will be reported to Airbnb

CRITICAL: You are sharing spaces with other guests in other bedrooms
• BE RESPECTFUL and CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF immediately after using any shared space
• Failure to clean up after using any shared space will result in a $50 fine per incident
• Other guests in other bedrooms may create mess in common areas – this is normal in shared accommodations
• All dishes must be cleaned immediately after use – do not leave for other guests or host
• Kitchen must be left clean after each use – other guests need to use the same space
• Bathroom must be wiped down after each use – other guests share the same facilities
• Damaged items will be charged against security deposit
• Persistent failure to maintain shared space cleanliness will result in reservation cancellation
• Additional cleaning charges apply if you do not follow shared space etiquette
• Biohazard cleaning fee: $150 per incident for body fluids (vomit/blood/feces)
Shared Space Etiquette – MANDATORY COMPLIANCE
Remember: Other guests in other bedrooms are sharing these same spaces
• Keep ALL common areas tidy after use – other guests need clean spaces too
• Clean kitchen counters, appliances, and dishes after EACH use – do not leave mess for others
• Wipe down bathroom surfaces after use – other guests share the same bathroom
• Remove personal items from shared spaces after use – others need access
• Do not monopolize shared spaces – be considerate of other guests’ needs
• Persistent failure to maintain shared spaces will result in reservation termination
• $50 fine per incident for not cleaning up after yourself in shared areas
Smoking Policy
• Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on the property (inside and outside)
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, and any smoking devices
• Violation fee: $250 for ozone treatment and odor removal
• Evidence of smoking will result in immediate reservation cancellation
Quiet Enjoyment – RESPECT OTHER GUESTS
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Be respectful of other guests in other bedrooms and neighbors
• This is a historic building with wooden floors – normal sounds are expected
• Sound travels in shared accommodations – be considerate
• Violations may result in early termination of stay
Photography & Media Policy
• NO photography or videography allowed on property
• This includes personal photos, social media content, and commercial photography
• Respect privacy of other guests in shared accommodation
• Violation will result in immediate reservation cancellation
• Filming or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited
Communication Policy – AIRBNB PLATFORM REQUIRED
• ALL communication must be through Airbnb messaging system as required by Airbnb guidelines
• Off-platform communication is not recognized by Airbnb for disputes or insurance
• Report any issues promptly via Airbnb app messaging

Feedback & Review Policy
IMPORTANT: Communication is a two-way responsibility
• We appreciate your feedback and strive to improve our services
• If there are any issues during your stay, you MUST communicate them immediately through Airbnb messaging
• Issues not communicated during your stay but mentioned solely in reviews will be considered retaliatory
• Failure to communicate issues during your stay and mentioning them only in reviews will be considered a breach of house rules
• Retaliatory reviews submitted after fee enforcement or rule violations will be reported to Airbnb
• Such actions may result in further actions being taken by Airbnb
Shared Accommodation Expectations

Rule Violations & Cancellation
• Breaking any house rules may result in immediate reservation cancellation
• Violations of shared space cleanliness rules will result in immediate fines
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to rule violations
• Documentation of violations will be submitted to Airbnb
• Host reserves the right to inspect property for rule compliance
• Retaliatory behavior after rule enforcement will be reported to Airbnb
