Check-in/Check-out
– Check-out time: 11:00 AM
– Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes
– Early check-in/bag storage: $20 (subject to availability, please inquire before booking)
Property Care & Cleanliness
– Failure to clean up after using any space will result in a $50 fine per incident
– All dishes must be cleaned before departure
– Damaged items will be charged against security deposit
– Guests must clean up immediately after using shared spaces (kitchen, living room, etc.)
– Failure to maintain cleanliness will result in reservation cancellation
– Biohazard cleaning fee: $150 per incident for body fluids (vomit/blood/feces)
Smoking Policy
– Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on the property (inside and outside)
– This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, and any smoking devices
– Violation fee: $250 for ozone treatment and odor removal
– Evidence of smoking will result in immediate reservation cancellation
Shared Space Etiquette
– Keep all common areas tidy after use
– Clean kitchen counters, appliances, and dishes after each use
– Wipe down bathroom surfaces after use
– Remove personal items from shared spaces after use
– Persistent failure to maintain shared spaces will result in reservation termination
Quiet Enjoyment
– Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– Please be respectful of neighbors
– Violations may result in early termination of stay
Photography & Media Policy
– NO photography or videography allowed on property
– This includes personal photos, social media content, and commercial photography
– Violation will result in immediate reservation cancellation
– Filming or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited
Communication
– Report any issues promptly via Airbnb app or text
– We’re committed to addressing concerns during your stay
